Withdrawal from the contract

Time limit

You may withdraw without a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For separate deliveries in one order, the period begins after the final delivery. Sending a clear notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Notice and return

Send your notice to nfcstore.cz@gmail.com or Yevhenii Brovko, Strakonická 79/19, 460 08 Liberec, Czech Republic. Return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal. You bear direct return shipping costs.

Refund

Payments, including the cost of the least expensive delivery offered, are refunded within 14 days of notice using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of dispatch arrive.

Exceptions

A legal exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized needs. Selecting a standard product or offered variant alone does not create this exception.
