Terms & Conditions

1. Seller

2. Orders
The customer selects products, quantity and delivery details and submits the order. The customer may review and correct data before submission. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order.
3. Prices and payment
Current prices are shown with the products and in the order summary. When online payment is offered at checkout, it is processed through Comgate. The seller verifies payment status independently of the browser return.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery within the Czech Republic costs CZK 99. Delivery within Liberec is free when offered for the order. Preorders take approximately 9–14 days subject to confirmed availability; faster delivery of stock items and individual orders require separate agreement.
5. Defects and complaints
The seller is responsible for defects to the extent required by applicable law. Complaints can be initiated at nfcstore.cz@gmail.com.
6. Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. Details are provided on Returns & Complaints.
7. Personal data and cookies

8. Disputes
Consumer disputes may be handled through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority ADR procedure where applicable.
9. Final provisions
Czech law applies.
