Depending on the service, we may process name, e-mail, phone if provided, delivery address, order data, account data, communications, technical/security data and data needed for complaints or withdrawal.
3. Purposes
Data may be processed to fulfil orders, deliver goods, process payments, operate accounts, comply with legal duties, handle complaints and protect the website. Marketing communications require an appropriate legal basis.
4. Providers
Vercel hosts the site; Supabase provides accounts and the database; Comgate processes online payments; Formspree receives contact form submissions. Resend sends transactional emails when configured. Delivery partners receive the information needed to ship orders.
5. Rights
Subject to GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
